  • Arrangements for emergency procedures will be in place and all personnel familiarised and are provided with adequate information and training.

Planning & Technical Director

Mo is responsible for bringing forward development sites through the planning system into building regulation before handing over to the build team, providing leadership and direction to the project team. As the journey normally starts with you,  Mo works closely making sure we know what you want to achieve creating your dream spaces and also supporting you through the development stages.  Other responsibilities include, managing consultants and ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.

Mo has a BA in Architecture and has 24 years experience in Architectural and Planning and worked for a handful of Chartered Surveyors and Architectural Practices working on commercial and residential projects. He has a passion for property, and now mainly specialising in the residential field, working for housing developers and private one-off developments. Mo enjoys his balanced work-life relationship, loves spending time with his family, keeping fit, and  is also keen Jiu-Jitsu practitioner.

Development Director

Tony oversees and manages all phases of project management including direct client responsibility and providing overall team value. Tony is customer focussed ensuring all developments are executed to a high quality and on budget.  He deals with delivering residential developments, acquisition of projects, gaining trust from our client, ensuring the right project for WinWin for a sustainable balanced business.


Tony, qualified to NVQ level 2 in brickwork also a Director of TNT Brickwork Ltd founded in 2014. Tony’s main role is winning contracts, controlling trade quality as well as being hands-on. Tony's attitude is a happy polite workforce creates high-quality workmanship which leads to happy clients. When Tony is not working he loves playing golf and spending quality time with his family.

Construction Director

Dan deals with all of the site operations on all our sites on a day-to-day basis and ensures that a project comes in on time and in budget. Responsible for running teams of tradesmen on domestic and commercial sites. Dan maintains quality control procedures, ensuring site safety of the team and site workers, highly organised and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.


Dan started as an apprentice bricklayer achieving levels 1,2 & 3 City & Guilds and now is a Director of Southcoast brickwork,  working with a team and has been for the past 20 years. Southcoast Brickwork specialise in groundworks, landscaping and building refurbishments. When Dan is not working he is a motorcyclist enthusiast, loves playing golf, and spending time with his family.
